Different from a shared Internet hosting account where the info is backed up by the service provider, if you use a virtual or a dedicated hosting server you will have to keep manual backups since this type of a service is not provided by default. As fantastic as a web server may be, there's always a possibility that something could go wrong. For example, you might delete some content by accident or a script-driven program may get damaged after an update. If you have a backup, you will not have to bother about this type of problems because the content can be easily restored. Since it may not be quite practical to do this all of the time on your end, we offer an optional backup service for every one of our hosting server packages and we will store a copy of your content on an individual server to ensure that it's undamaged no matter what. With the upgrade, you could work on your hosting server without having to worry that you might lose any information due to any reason.
Weekly Backup in Dedicated Web Hosting
If you get one of our Linux dedicated servers hosting packages and you determine that you would like a backup of your content, you can add this service with a number of clicks and our system will start keeping copies every week straight away. You can get the upgrade together with the hosting server or at some point later on through your billing Control Panel in the event that you do not need backups from the start. The service shall grant you 50 gigabytes of disk space on an individual hosting server and this content could be restored on our end. Though we check the components and the software before we hand over any new dedicated server, you could never know if some update won't crash, so if you have important information on the web server, you will be better off with this upgrade. Backups can also be found with the Managed Services upgrade, which features many other useful management tasks that we offer to our customers.
